You could organise your own event |
Other events might include challenges such as a rowathon; sky-dive; golf challenge; swimathon; bikeathon; three peaks challenge; an abseil - to name but a few. Many can be organised individually. Some, due to the nature of the event, can be organised through event companies, many of which can be found on the internet. |

Some other ideas for raising funds |
you could hold a coffee morning; race evening; |
hold a quiz night / barn dance / disco / silent auction at your local pub or hall; |
do a fashion show; can rattling; open your garden to the public; |
you could ask for donations in lieu of gifts for a special occasion |
get together with family/friends/neighbours for a bake sale, boot sale, garage sale. |
